ALGOLOGIX

Algologix Labs

We don't just build AI products. We run them.

Labs is where we build our own. Running a product in production is the only way to stay honest about what happens after launch — the on-call rota, the cost curve, the model deprecation notice, the edge cases real users find in week two.

Products

  • Relay

    In build

Launch AI voice and web agents on your own number.

Relay is our platform for building, testing and running voice and chat agents — a visual builder, your choice of model, telephony or an embeddable widget, and the evaluation and analytics to know whether it is actually working. We build it because running our own product keeps us honest about what happens after launch.

What we're exploring

  • Evaluation that survives contact with production

Every team we work with can score a model on a test set. Almost none can tell you whether last Tuesday's release made the system worse. The gap is tooling, and it is the same gap in every project.

  • Cost as a first-class design constraint

Retrieval design decides input cost far more than prompt writing does, and almost nobody instruments it until the first invoice. We want the cost per completed task visible while the thing is being built.

  • Agents that hand over well

Every agent hands over. The interesting engineering is not avoiding it — it is what arrives with the person who picks it up, and how early the system knows it should stop trying.

Why this makes us a better partner

An agency that has never operated what it builds gives you a system that works on the day it ships. Running our own products is how we learn the part after that, at our own expense rather than yours.

  • We have been on call for a model provider's outage, so the fallback path is in the design rather than in a retrospective.
  • We have paid our own inference bill at production volume, which is why cost per completed task is a number we ask about in week one.
  • We have had a model version deprecated underneath us, which is why model choice is configuration in everything we build.
  • We have watched real callers do things no test set contained, which is why evaluation sets get rebuilt from production traffic rather than written once.

Want the team that runs its own product?

Whether you need Relay or something built from scratch, the useful first conversation is about the constraint rather than the technology. Tell us what has to be true, and we will tell you what it takes.
