About
We build the software, and the AI inside it.
Most teams can get a model to do something impressive once. The distance between that and a system your business depends on is where this company exists.
The short version
Founded 2026
Working across US, EU and GCC time zones · Response within 24 hours
Algologix was founded in 2026 to close the gap between AI prototypes and production systems. The pattern had become hard to miss: a promising demo, a stalled rollout, and an engineering team asked to make something reliable that was never designed to be. The interesting work was not the model — it was everything around it.
So we build both halves. Product engineering that would stand on its own — typed, tested, instrumented, deployed into your accounts — with the AI treated as a component that has to be evaluated and budgeted like any other. That is a narrower claim than most of this industry makes, and it is the one we can back.
What we believe
Five positions that decide how a project runs. They are opinions, and they are the reason some engagements are a bad fit.
01
A demo is not evidence
Anything works once. What matters is the behaviour on the inputs nobody thought to try, and the only way to know it is to score it against a set agreed before the work started.
02
Latency and cost are requirements
They are written down in the first two weeks and held to in CI, alongside the tests. A system that is correct and takes nine seconds has not met the requirement.
03
You own everything
The repository, the infrastructure definitions, the prompts, the eval sets and the model provider accounts. Nothing about the handover should require us to be reachable.
04
The boring parts decide the outcome
Data quality, permissions, error paths and observability. The model is usually the part that already works, and rarely the part that fails at three in the morning.
05
Say the number
Estimates, eval scores, latency, what slipped and why. A status report with no figures in it is a report that something is being hidden, including from ourselves.
What it is like to work with us
This section is here instead of a team page. It answers the same question, which is not who are you — it is what happens on a Tuesday.
Hours
We work across US, EU and GCC time zones, with a guaranteed overlap window agreed at kickoff so nothing waits a full day for an answer.
One channel
A shared Slack or Teams channel with your engineers in it, not an account manager relaying questions. Same-working-day answers.
Weekly, with an agenda
One call with the people who can decide, and a written update the day before so the call is spent deciding rather than reporting.
Demos, not decks
Every sprint, against the running system. If it cannot be shown live it is not finished, and we say so rather than showing a recording.
Your repository
We commit to your GitHub organisation from day one, review through your pull requests, and deploy into your cloud accounts.
Bad news early
A slip is reported in the update it happens in, with what changed and what it costs. It is the single practice that most determines whether an engagement goes well.
What we are building
Alongside client work, two things of our own — both in build, both labelled as such wherever they appear.
How we hire
We hire engineers who have shipped something they still maintain. The interview is a real problem from a real project, discussed the way we would discuss it on a Wednesday — no whiteboard algorithms, no take-home that costs you a weekend.
No open roles today. If that changes it will be listed here first.
Tell us what you are trying to ship
The fastest way to find out whether we are the right team is to describe the problem. We will tell you if we are not.
